VirmTech provides services in the field of appliance repairs, installation, consulting, and maintenance in Toronto and specified areas included in the Greater Toronto Area. The scope of services provided is defined by oral or written agreement concluded between the company and the Customer in person, via the Website, or using any other communication channel provided by VirmTech.
4.2 Payment Policy
VirmTech provides services on a paid basis according to the laws of the City of Toronto and the following principles:
By accepting the service terms and conditions indicated on the Website a Customer agrees with the payment policy VirmTech provides. In the case of further payment delays, the company will be compelled to take the following steps:
4.3.1. Late Payment Fee:
If the company doesn’t receive the payment from the Customer within 30 days from the invoice date, a late payment fee of 2% of the outstanding amount will be applied for each month of delay.
4.3.2. Fixed Late Fee:
If the Customer’s payment is missed for more than 30 days, a fixed late fee of $25 will be added to cover administrative expenses. It is added to the previous fee, assuming an extra 2% monthly + $25.
4.3.3. Small Claims Court Filing Fee:
In case a Customer neglects previous notifications and charges, the company will be forced to file a claim in Small Claims Court. In this case, an additional fee of $102 for filing will be added to the total amount owed.
4.3.4. Cancellation Fee
If the Customer decides to cancel of subscription to VirmTech’s services, an additional fee amounting to <$99> collected from the Customer.
Besides, the next step the company has to take is to place a Customer’s debt with a collection agency, which will result in an additional charge of <119$> to cover the cost of collection.
5. Customer’s Rights
The Customer reserves the rights when applying for the company’s services for the following:

- The company provides individual pricing calculation which takes into account the specific needs of a Customer, current discount offers, and other features.
- The Customer takes the responsibility to pay for the services provided by VirmTech in terms and amounts agreed in advance.
- In case of payment delay, the company reserves the right to provide the penalty policy indicated below.

- Get an indicated scope of services.
- Book the time for the company’s representatives’ visit.
- Pay for the services provided after their 100% completion.
- Get a guarantee for the services specified during the application.
VirmTech reserves the rights in the following array:
- Provide the Customer with the services under the license provided by Toronto’s law authorities.
- Refuse a Customer in the provision of services which are not specified on the Website and are not guaranteed by the license provided by Toronto law authorities.
- Claim the payment specified during the Customer’s application in 30 days after the completion of services.
- Provide penalties and fees for late-payments and neglected invoices.
